What to put in the first email
- How many treatment rooms, and how many people work there
- What you use today for booking, for payment and for forms
- Whether you conduct any electronic transaction with a health plan, such as a claim, an eligibility check or a prior authorization. Most spas do not, and it changes which rules apply to you
- The one thing that annoys you most about what you have now
That last one is usually the most useful sentence in the whole email.
